NYSE: HTGC) (“Hercules,” “Hercules Capital,” or the “Company”), today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $325.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.300% notes due July 2031 (the “Notes”). The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and the Notes are expected to be delivered and paid for on July 24, 2026.
